Weigh In, Week 2

This is a bit late, but I weighed myself on Monday morning.  I was down to 153.9 which was down 2.9 pounds or nearly 3 pounds.  I can round up to 3 pounds can't I?

I'm pretty happy about the results, but I also know the first week is the easiest to see the pounds drop.  You drop water weight first.  As I previously stated I did not work out last week, but this week I have kicked it in knowing that I have to step it up to keep up at the 2.5 pounds per week rate.

Congratulations on the 3 lbs! So long as the scale is going down, you're doing something right!
