I weighed myself this morning.  I'll write a separate post on it later this evening.  I'm still logging my calories and doing the WW points.  Saturday I went over in points.  I suppose to have 20 or 21 a day and I ended the day at 25.  Really not that bad and I'm really a beliver that one day of going over isn't going to blow my whole week.

I will be honest in saying I didn't really workout at all last week.  However, this week I have already started out doing really well with the workouts.  I've managed to log a couple of hours on the treadmill.  Tomorrow I'm adding weights into the mix and instead of the treadmill I plan on popping in the 30 Day Shred DVD.

Again I'm eating VERY light today.  My oldest son turns 20 today and he has requested a local mexican restaurant to eat at this evening.  If you are wondering....yes I'm going to order what I normally would and just eat less & YES I'm going to have a margarita, simply because 2 decades ago I gave birth to this amazing kid grown man.

I've missed having the time to blog walk this week.  I love following all of you, but my reader has gotten a bit out of control.  I'm trying to get by and catch up with all of you I promise.

Happy Birthday to your son! I too have a free night (Fridays) so I don't get to discouraged and tired of dieting and give up. Can't wait for your weigh in post.

I don't blame you ...eat how ever you want!!! Then watch you points on the other days...I bet you will still lose weight!!
