Overall I think last week was eh, just mediocre.  I didn't get up and moving around with exercise like I wanted to.  Part of it was laziness on my end and part of it was simply by the time the day was over I was too exhausted to move.  I haven't weighed in yet and actually I think I"ll wait until tomorrow morning to do so.

Food wise I really feel was successful, though I can tell for sure I am going to have to get moving to really make a difference in my weight.  I have also really done some thinking on my goals.  It isn't just that I want to be thinner or healthier, I really want to look defined.  I want the killer legs and the Jennifer Aniston arms


She has great definition, but they are not over kill either.  Like eh hem...


I'm sorry, but those just scare me.  Like really scare me.  Madonna, dear what are you thinking??

Anywho, Jen's arms are my goal and I know they won't happen on just eating less.  I am hoping to make a point to write here every day my achievement in getting up off the sofa and into the gym so I can achieve those arms.

Wow, I have to agree I'd run screaming if I saw those arms coming toward me.

I'm looking forward to having "definition" again too.

oh, dear lord, I'm so glad i was finished with my sandwich before I read this post...Madonna!!!! honey, eat a wheat thin or two over there, you're dying...one arm at a time!

ewwwwwwwww....WHO wants to look like that?

In happy news, chubby people do have SOME advantages...we can live off our own bodies when struck down with life threatening illnesses....our skin looks youthful far longer than skinny people....as we retain our plump skin/youthful appearance. AND....our boobs are always bigger! ;)

not trying to sway you off your goal to Jennifer Aniston Arms of course, ...just throwing it out there as casual conversation. ;)

How are you doing anyway? your week going better than last so far?

Well defined arms on a woman like great don't over do it. use light weights and a lot of reps.

You don't want muscles just to be toned Jen's arms are almost to much.

Bathwater, yup that's what my trainer recommended. No weights heavier than 5lb & lots of reps. I do agree too much is NOT attractive. I also could see where Jen's arms are borderline. I think the 2nd photo looks less manly than the first.

Miz, yeah I do think it's photoshopped ;-) HOWEVER, the last time I saw Madonna on tv I will say her arms did look freakish. Just too body builder for me.
