Weigh In, Week 3

Week 3 weigh in.....the scales this morning read 152.8.  A measly 1.1 pound.  On the plus side I was not expecting another 3 pound week.  I had a strong feeling last week was a lot of water weight.  Although I really do want to at least lose 2 pounds per week.  So I know I need to step up the exercise like I have stated previously.

I'm walking out the door now to head the treadmill at the gym.  I hope to clock at least 40 minutes on that and then finish with 20 minutes of some weight training.
