Yesterday ended in success. I ended my day at 21 WW points and just about 1203 calories. I managed to hit the treadmill for about an hour, though I didn't push myself on it.
I spent last night trying to get this site in order. I think I have all the fellow LIB members linked, but if I missed you let me know. I also added some helpful sites that I use to help me along.
I also have been trying to get my grocery list in order so I have everything I need to make all the new recipes I've marked that I want to try.
Today's agenda includes some strength training and I'm going to try starting the Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred. Wish me luck, I might just die from doing that video.
